haiku one nine eight.

Hello all!

gentle rain

in the pink euodia tree

rosellas chatter

revised haiku:

are my eyes open

in this world of darkness

the thin crescent moon

cleaning up

after the barbeque

chocolate labrador

the Queenslander’s porch

the aging ginger cat

is right at home

Note: a Queenslander is a style of house, characterised by having a high elevation, whereby providing a cool space underneath the house. Also helpful in floods.

street distractions

the white ibis digging

the fit young man

Thanks for reading!
