Twentieth century fox!

Welcome to the 20th haiku. Its been a long day. Sorry the comma button is broken on this computer.

Father drunk again

Mumbling incoherently

About his dead ma.

It was a great service today seeing off my grandmother. Saw alot of relations that I havent seen for eons, and met some I have not met before. Also good to see aunts and uncles, and friends and neighbours. Back to Brisbane tomorrow morning, and back to work tomorrow afternoon.

Peace.

  1. Sounds like a quick trip and that you didn’t really get to talk much to your dad. Maybe next time? Hope you’re ok.

Yes it was a very whirlwind type of trip! Not much time for much talking of any serious consequence no. Sorry to hear about your police scare, glad it turned out ok.

  2. I don’t want to press “like” because one never likes the motivation behind a funeral, but a very good post.
